The Pinnacle Awards at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee honor employees who exemplify the company’s purpose, long-term goals and beliefs. Awards are presented annually to those employees who have given extraordinary service to the company, and who serve as shining examples of the corporate and personal attributes and values that BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee works diligently to promote and preserve.
