Corporate Governance has always been important to BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.  We aim to be fiscally sound and accountable to our members, and we see Corporate Governance as a driving factor in the company’s efforts to be a good corporate citizen and positively impact the health care system.  As we strive to meet and exceed standards of business ethics, service, and compliance and performance, a fundamental responsibility of the Board of Directors is oversight of the Enterprise and compliance with Corporate Governance Best Practices.
