BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee offers four distinct Blue Networks of providers. Each includes a its own group of doctors, hospitals and other health care providers that are committed to holding down costs and delivering quality care.

Choose from:

• Blue Network C - the broadest array of doctors, hospitals and health care providers.
• Blue Network P - a wide variety of credentialed doctors, hospitals and health care providers.
• Blue Network S -  based on a variety of credentialed providers, with a focus on affordability.
• Blue Network K - a lower cost network with a limited network of credentialed providers.

Our PPO health plans entitle members to visit any provider of their choosing. However, to receive the highest level of PPO plan benefits, and to keep out-of-pocket costs to a minimum, it is best to choose care from the health care providers that participate in their plan's Blue Provider Network.
